Brand Manager EMEA - Neurovascular (Access)

About the role

This role is built around ownership. The Access portfolio is where every neurovascular procedure begins. In a competitive category, market leadership is decided as much by strategy as by product: how you position the portfolio, launch products and create value for customers.

You’ll own the portfolio across EMEA, including catheters and guidewires. You set the strategy, own the products and are accountable for performance. You’ll shape the brand and identify new areas of growth for the portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Own the EMEA business strategy for Access: where we play, how we win and the investment behind it.
• Understand the clinical and technical needs of physicians in depth, from navigation to device delivery, and let that shape the strategy and portfolio.
• Build the annual marketing plan and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap, partnering with divisional, portfolio and local marketing teams.
• Own regional product management: define and run the product lifecycle, from launch through to phase-out.
• Own branding, messaging, positioning and pricing, built on market, customer and competitive insight.
• Lead the launch pipeline and ensure each launch lands impactfully in the market.
• Partner with divisional teams to grow the portfolio through new products, line extensions and M&A, bringing the EMEA voice of the customer into every decision.
• Build our position across the whole stroke pathway, partnering with technology and ecosystem partners.
• Turn strategy into a plan the field can run with: tools, tactics and strategic initiatives.
• Own the numbers: sales, share, price, margin and brand perception. Analyse what drives future performance and act fast when something is off track.
• Partner with physicians and stroke teams as true partners, not just customers, and work with Medical Education on evidence generation and congress presence.

Business strategy operators. People who can build a strategy and then run it.

You balance commercial discipline with creative, out-of-the-box thinking. You’re commercially sharp, but you start with the clinician and the patient. You have an AI-led mindset and look for better ways to work, not just faster ones. And you want to show up and drive change.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience required.

Preferred Qualifications (Strongly desired)

• MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of medical device or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
• Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

 

  

 

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €71.800 - €133.400 EUR Annual
