Job Description:

Brand Manager, Ireland | Dublin | Hybrid

Are you a pharmaceutical marketer looking for an opportunity to take greater ownership of brands and make a visible commercial impact?

We’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our Ireland team, leading marketing activity across our oncology and neuroscience portfolio, while also supporting emerging brands and key commercial projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering with colleagues across Sales, Medical, Market Access and other functions to turn customer and market insights into impactful brand activities.

What you’ll be doing

• Develop and deliver tactical brand plans aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the annual operational plan for your assigned brands.
• Become the brand champion, acting as an internal point of reference for your portfolio.
• Analyse brand performance, market dynamics and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Manage brand budgets and evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiatives.
• Develop innovative traditional, digital and multichannel marketing activities.
• Partner closely with Sales, Medical, Market Access and other cross-functional colleagues.
• Build collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Ensure activities are delivered in line with the IPHA Code and relevant internal policies and procedures.

What you’ll bring

• Pharmaceutical marketing experience.
• A good understanding of the healthcare environment and pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Experience with budget management and forecasting
• Strong organisation, planning and project management skills.
• CRM experience and confidence using data and insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, collaborative and results-focused approach.
• A life sciences degree or similar qualification.
• Experience in oncology or neurology, and Market Access would be an advantage, as would IPHA certification, but these are not essential.
