<p style="text-align:left">Job Description</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p>Brand &amp; Customer Manager – RSV &amp; Pediatric Vaccines (Saudi Arabia)</p><p>Role Purpose</p><p>The Brand &amp; Customer Manager (BCM) is responsible for the successful launch, execution, and commercial performance of RSV and pediatric vaccines in Saudi Arabia.</p><p></p><p>Reporting to the BU Director, the BCM translates global strategy into focused local plans, drives disciplined cross-functional execution and ensures strong performance across both public and private sectors.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p>1. Brand Planning &amp; Commercial Delivery</p><p>•            Lead the annual local brand planning process in alignment with BU priorities</p><p>•            Drive execution to deliver agreed revenue and market share targets</p><p>•            Own brand forecasting and collaborate with Finance and Supply to ensure demand accuracy</p><p>•            Monitor KPIs and proactively recommend corrective actions</p><p>•            Manage brand budget and ensure optimal resource allocation</p><p>2. Launch Excellence</p><p>•            Lead end-to-end local launch planning and readiness for RSV and pediatric vaccines</p><p>•            Adapt global strategy into clear, Saudi specific execution plans</p><p>•            Ensure full launch readiness across materials, training, supply, compliance, and field activation</p><p>•            Track launch milestones and manage risks proactively</p><p>•            Drive structured post launch performance review and optimization</p><p>3. Brand Execution &amp; Growth</p><p>•            Own the local brand plan and ensure disciplined execution throughout the year</p><p>•            Develop and localize promotional and non-promotional materials in compliance</p><p>•            Identify growth opportunities within defined customer segments</p><p>•            Support sustainable brand growth beyond launch phase</p><p>4. Customer &amp; Sales Enablement</p><p>•            Develop clear customer engagement approaches aligned with brand objectives</p><p>•            Act as the primary brand lead for the sales organization</p><p>•            Ensure sales teams are trained, equipped, and confident at launch</p><p>•            Integrate field insights into ongoing strategy refinement</p><p>•            Support activation across both public and private channels</p><p>5.
