The HPV Brand & Consumer Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that increase HPV disease awareness, strengthen the relevance of prevention, and support vaccination uptake across key target audiences. The role requires a deep understanding of consumer needs, motivations, barriers, and decision-making journeys across different population cohorts, translating these insights into impactful marketing and access initiatives, customer engagement programs, and disease awareness campaigns that drive meaningful behavioral change and public health impact.
As a strategic leader, the HPV BC&M Manager will mobilize diverse cross-functional teams and external stakeholders, leveraging creative thinking, strong collaboration, and a deep understanding of public health activation. The role combines commercial acumen, financial planning, and budget ownership with a consumer-and patient-centric, science-driven approach. By translating complex medical and market insights into compelling strategies and impactful communications, the HPV BC&M Manager will drive engagement, accelerate vaccination uptake, and contribute to improved public health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of proven product management experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
· Strong scientific and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex medical and scientific data into clear, compelling, and impactful business and marketing narratives.
· Proven experience in product management, including the development and execution of strategic initiatives in pharmaceutical, vaccines, or public health sectors.
· Demonstrated ability to influence, engage, and collaborate effectively across diverse cross-functional teams and organizational interfaces.
· Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and the ability to align and mobilize stakeholders around shared business and public health objectives.
· High emotional intelligence, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build trusted.
· Experience in developing and managing strategic collaborations within the healthcare ecosystem, including engagement with KOLs, healthcare organizations, patient associations.
· Ability to navigate regulatory and compliance requirements.
· Operational agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment with evolving market conditions, business priorities, and organizational needs.
· Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong commercial judgment, accountability, and ownership.
· Strong digital mindset and familiarity with digital engagement platforms, social media.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
· Strong project management and prioritization capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
· Proven business and financial acumen, including forecasting, P&L responsibility, budget management, and ROI optimization.
Advantage
Proven experience or strong affinity for the vaccines field, preventive healthcare, and public health initiatives, including disease awareness, vaccination uptake, and programs designed to improve coverage rates and population-level health outcomes.
· Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet ambitious timelines.
· Fluent in Hebrew and English.
