Bookkeeper/Accountant

Aphios Corporation, a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on sustainable drug development and nanotechnology-based therapeutics, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Process accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and grant accounting. Support tax preparation and liaise with external auditors and accountants. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
