The Scientist for Leica Biosystems is responsible for aspects of data generation to support the development of our product portfolio. It is intended that work will focus on Companion Diagnostic product development but will not be limited to this and the successful candidates may find themselves working on a variety of projects as the need arises.
This position is part of the Research and Development (R&D) department located in Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK and will be an on-site role. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.
You will be a part of the Research and Development team and report to a Technical Team Lead and will be responsible for all aspects of data generation using our automated staining systems plus producing the required documentation such as plans and reports.
