Operate equipment in a safe manner for themselves and those in the area. Be proactive in the identification and communication of potential hazards. Prepare, organize and review the area in preparation of physical inventory. Track raw material and request stock orders. Track major machine supplies such as mandrel rods/saw blades and request stock orders. Work as a team member to maintain effective communication between all shifts within the department and the Production, Maintenance and Quality functions interfacing with the department.  Coordinate the prescribed work identified to support maintenance on a daily or scheduled basis to insure consistent operation of the equipment.  Perform prescribed PM and/or repetitive maintenance activities to insure the consistent operation of equipment. Ensure proper housekeeping of the area and machines.  Trash, scrap, and other debris are disposed of by appropriate means.

This is a 3rd shift position, 8pm-6am. Wages are based on experience and skill level.
