Job Description

Responsável pela realização de cotações e pedidos por meio de sistemas de ERP como SAP e COUPA. Processamento de notas fiscais no sistema e envio para pagamento. Gerenciamento do fluxo físico e documental de materiais, abrangendo o recebimento, armazenagem, inventário e expedição.

Execução de pedidos utilizando sistemas de ERP como SAP e COUPA;

Responsável pelo processamento de notas fiscais no sistema e envio para pagamento;

Responsável pela geração de novos cadastros;

Responsável pela gestão de estoque, garantido níveis adequados, controlando o giro de estoque sem permitir rupturas;

Garantir a execução do controle de inventário;

Participar de reuniões com áreas afins;

Back-up de atividades dos auxiliares, conforme demanda;

Identificar Oportunidades para Otimização de Estoque;

Identificar Oportunidades de Redução de Custos com Compras.

Formação Ensino Médio Completo com Experiência em Logística ou Formação Técnica em Logística ou afins.

Desejável Formação Superior em Administração ou Logística, Engenharia de Produção, Mecânica, Elétrica ou equivalente.

Hard Skills:

Desejável conhecimento em sistemas de ERP como SAP;

Conhecimento em Excel Básico;

Desejável conhecimento em gestão de estoque e inventário;

Desejável conhecimento em operação de equipamentos como transpaleteira elétrica;

Desejável conhecimento em normas de segurança e qualidade.
