Become a <b>maker of possible</b> with us. </span></p><p></p><p><b>Position Summary:</b></p><p>This position is for a M3 Maintenance Mechanic.  This person will focus mainly on PM’s and other maintenance as time permits.  This is a Injection Molding facility and this person will do maintenance on injection molding machines and all the auxiliary equipment.</p><p></p><p><b>Dayshift 7:00am to 3:30pn Monday thru Friday</b></p><p></p><p><b>Duties:</b></p><ul><li><p>Preventive Maintenance on injection Molding Equipment including Robots and Auxiliary Equipment.</p></li><li><p>Dismantle machinery and perform routine and non-routine repairs.</p></li><li><p>Replace broken or defective parts reassemble machines and adjust equipment for optimal performance.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate the manufacture of replacement items with the Machine Shop Mechanics.</p></li><li><p>Correct minor electrical problems as needed to facilitate a repair.</p></li><li><p>Maybe required to make simple replacement parts for emergency repair of inoperative production equipment to avoid costly downtime.</p></li><li><p>Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks as needed to maintain molding equipment.</p></li><li><p>Must be able to work alone or in a group environment on repairs as needed.</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned.</p></li><li><p>Work from 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>High School Diploma/GED or 1 year of consecutive work experience required</p></li><li><p>1-3 years machine maintenance preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p>At BD, we prioritize on-site collaboration because we believe it fosters creativity, innovation, and effective problem-solving, which are essential in the fast-paced healthcare industry.
