AI</b> located in <b>Chennai location.</b></p><p></p><p>Reports to the Senior Manager, and the role involves,</p><p></p><p><b>What a typical day looks like:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Business Process Automation:</b></p></li><li><p>Design, develop, and deploy Python-based automation solutions for enterprise business processes</p></li><li><p>Analyze existing business workflows and identify automation and optimization opportunities</p></li><li><p>Build scalable automation frameworks that improve efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround time</p></li><li><p><b>AI-Driven Intelligent Automation:</b></p></li><li><p>Develop and integrate AI/ML models into business workflows for intelligent decision-making</p></li><li><p>Apply NLP and data analytics to automate document processing, emails, tickets, and reports</p></li><li><p>Enable self-learning and adaptive automation using AI techniques</p></li><li><p><b>Data &amp; System Integration:</b></p></li><li><p>Integrate automation solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and APIs</p></li><li><p>Manage data ingestion, preprocessing, inference, and output pipelines</p></li><li><p>Ensure robustness, security, and scalability of automation solutions</p></li><li><p><b>Optimization, Reporting &amp; Governance:</b></p></li><li><p>Monitor automation performance using KPIs, metrics, and dashboards</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve automation accuracy, throughput, and cost efficiency</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and audit requirements</p></li><li><p><b>Collaboration &amp; Leadership:</b></p></li><li><p>Work closely with business users, process owners, and IT teams to deliver value-driven automation</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior automation engineers</p></li><li><p>Contribute to automation standards, best practices, and reusable assets</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>The experience we’re looking to add to our team:</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Information Technology, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field</p></li><li><p><b>2–5 years</b> of experience in <b>Python development and AI-driven automation solutions</b></p></li><li><p>Proven experience in <b>Business Process Automation (BPA), Intelligent Automation, or Digital Transformation initiatives</b></p></li><li><p>Exposure to <b>enterprise systems, workflows, and data-driven decision automation</b></p></li><li><p><b>Core Python &amp; Automation Skills:</b></p></li><li><p>Strong Python programming expertise (mandatory)</p></li><li><p>Automation scripts, workflow orchestration, backend services, api.</p></li><li><p>Experience building end-to-end automation pipelines</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of OOP, modular design, and scalable architecture</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments</p></li><li><p><b>AI / Machine Learning for Automation:</b></p></li><li><p>Practical knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to business automation</p></li><li><p>Classification, clustering, prediction, recommendation</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with Python AI/ML libraries: NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Langchain, OpenAI</p></li><li><p>TensorFlow / PyTorch (preferred)</p></li><li><p>Experience applying AI to business processes, such as: Web Search, Document Search, OCR, Generative AI, Prompting, Demand forecasting and optimization, NLP for document processing, emails, and chatbots</p></li><li><p><b>Business Process Automation &amp; Platforms:</b></p></li><li><p>Experience with BPA / RPA tools and frameworks (good to have): UiPath, Power Automate, or Python-based automation frameworks</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of business workflows, SLAs, KPIs, and process optimization</p></li><li><p>Experience automating manual, repetitive, and rule-based enterprise processes</p></li><li><p><b>Data, Integration &amp; Systems:</b></p></li><li><p>Strong knowledge of SQL and enterprise data sources</p></li><li><p>Experience with APIs, system integrations, and microservices</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) for automation and AI workloads</p></li><li><p><b>DevOps &amp; Engineering Practices:</b></p></li><li><p>Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for deploying automation and AI services</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of containerization and scalable deployment (Docker – good to have)</p></li><li><p><b>Soft Skills &amp;
