We support the achievement of business objectives by applying a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance. </div><div>As Auditor Manager, you will play a key role in delivering a global audit plan covering commercial, technical operations, and central functions. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, Global Compliance, and senior stakeholders to help the organization navigate change, raise standards, and continuously improve. You will operate as part of a global, agile audit “delta force”, where everyone has a role, leadership rotates, and collaboration is key. There are no regional silos—audits are global, diverse, and dynamic. </div><div>The role requires global travel (40-50% of your time) with no fixed regions due to the flexible and global nature of the team. </div><div> </div><div>Your day at Ferring  </div><div><ul><li>Execute compliance, financial, and operational audits in line with professional standards across Ferring’s global operations. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Contribute to the annual audit plan (currently ~22 audits per year) covering commercial, TechOps, and central functions, delivered across three phases: planning & preparation, fieldwork, and reporting. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Assess financial processes, internal control frameworks, and contract compliance, working closely with the Global Compliance organization. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, identifying deviations, root causes (RCA), and improvement opportunities. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Formulate pragmatic, risk-based recommendations, clearly assigning ownership for remediation and ensuring proper documentation. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Act as a trusted advisor to management up to Senior Management level on corporate governance, compliance, and best practices. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Develop and apply audit programs, data analytics, and modern audit techniques tailored to each audit mission. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Communicate audit outcomes clearly and effectively—both verbally and in writing—ensuring messages are factual, balanced, and solution-oriented. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead audits and audit teams when required, while also being ready to be led—no ego, shared ownership. </li></ul></div><div> </div></div><div><div>Behind our innovation…There’s you  </div><div><ul><li>Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Professional certification such as CIA, CISA, CISM, ACCA (or equivalent). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>5+ years of experience in audit/advisory roles within a Big 4 environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>3+ years in an audit/advisory role within a regulated industrial sector (pharmaceutical or chemical industry strongly preferred). </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of financial processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Working knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP is an advantage. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information systems skills. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication skills in an international, multicultural environment. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Comfortable traveling up to 50%. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent English proficiency.
