<p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><u>Director</u></p><p>Corporate Strategy Director leads the end-to-end development and execution of AZKK strategic priorities in line with the overall business plan. The role independently shapes strategic options, drives cross-functional decision making, and owns delivery of key transformation initiatives. As the transaction lead for selected inorganic opportunities (M&amp;A / partnerships / divestments), the role drives the full deal lifecycle—from thesis creation and target screening through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning—working closely with executive leadership and global stakeholders.</p><p></p><p><u>Associate Director</u></p><p>The Corporate Strategy Associate Director supports the development and execution of AZKK’s strategic initiatives, working closely with the Corporate Strategy Director and cross-functional teams. This role contributes to strategic planning, project management, including large-scale transaction under supervision from Senior Director and/or VP Corporate Strategy.
