Innovating versatile new ways to deliver care, Kestra is helping&nbsp;patients&nbsp;and their care teams harmoniously&nbsp;monitor,&nbsp;manage,&nbsp;and protect life.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The ASSURE&nbsp;Inventory Service Associate&nbsp;is a temporary contractor role and conducts patient field retrieval activities in support of the Supply Chain Operations and Returns Team.&nbsp;The&nbsp;ISA&nbsp;will perform inventory management and courier inventory from the warehouse in Knoxville, TN to fittings in and around the area.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p></p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES </strong></p><ul><li>Contact&nbsp;prescribers,&nbsp;caregivers&nbsp;and patients to schedule return services.&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct inventory management services which will include cycle counts.&nbsp;</li><li>Move inventory around in the Texas area to get the needed inventory to the sites for the fittings at hospitals, patient&nbsp;homes&nbsp;and&nbsp;clinics&nbsp;as necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Accept assignments as necessary, which could&nbsp;include daytime, evening, and weekend hours.&nbsp;</li><li>Travel to&nbsp;patient&nbsp;homes, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to provide retrieval services which may or may not include travel to high-risk areas.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist&nbsp;patients in packing up the Assure® system and all components.&nbsp;</li><li>Review and&nbsp;transmit&nbsp;essential paperwork with the patient to retrieve the Assure® garment and WCD system.&nbsp;</li><li>Manage the return of inventory, including the Assure® system kits, garments, and electronic equipment including the drop&nbsp;off of&nbsp;the Assure® system at a local FedEx or approved Walgreens drop off location.&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinate and drop off retrieved equipment at Kestra preferred shipping partner(s).&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li><em>Adhere to Pledge of Confidentiality </em></li><ul><li>Information regarding a patient of this company shall not be released to any source outside of this company without the signed permission of the patient. Furthermore, information will only be released internally on a need-to-know basis.
