The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in supplier quality, inspection processes, and EHS systems, and play a key role in ensuring both product and workplace standards are consistently met.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><p>Incoming Quality Management</p><ul><li>Establish and enforce inspection procedures for incoming raw materials, filter media, components, and packaging materials.</li><li>Manage quality inspector to ensure rigorous incoming inspections and documentation.</li><li>Work closely with procurement and suppliers to address material non-conformities and drive corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).</li><li>Monitor supplier performance metrics (e.g., incoming rejection rate, delivery quality) and lead supplier quality audits.</li><li>Maintain proper traceability and documentation as per ISO 9001 / relevant regulatory standards.</li><li>Clearing the material on time physically & in system</li><li></li></ul><p>EHS Management</p><ul><li>Ensure plant operations comply with applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001).</li><li>Conduct EHS risk assessments, job safety analyses, incident investigations, and drive continual improvement.</li><li>Plan and execute safety drills, employee EHS training, and awareness campaigns across departments.</li><li>Oversee waste disposal, hazardous material handling, water/air quality compliance, and pollution control measures.</li><li>Serve as the liaison with external agencies and statutory bodies for inspections, renewals, and compliance reporting.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications & Skills</b></p><p></p><p>Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Environmental) or related technical field. Certification in Quality Systems (ISO 9001) and EHS standards (NEBOSH, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or equivalent) is preferred.</p><p></p><ul><li>Demonstrated experience in supplier quality management, material inspection systems, and EHS compliance.</li><li>Strong knowledge of inspection tools, sampling plans, and root cause analysis techniques (8D, FMEA, etc.)</li><li>Sound understanding of Indian EHS regulations, safety audits, and sustainability initiatives.</li><li>Excellent communication, training, and reporting skills.</li><li>Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.</li><li>Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with suppliers, production, procurement, and HR</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, <span>candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes</span> as permitted or required by applicable law</span><span>.</span></p>
