This 24-36 month comprehensive program will immerse participants in an environment that focuses on building strong customer relationships, selling, teaching, clinical support and preparing individuals for a role within BMT field sales organization. <br><br>Ideally, candidates will live in the Atlanta, Georgia metropolitan area or surrounding suburbs. <br><br>The program includes a combination of training designed to: <br>• Develop strong medical device knowledge within the Cardiovascular space<br>• Build sales, clinical and technical skills <br>• Develop a deep understanding of ACIST products<br>• Learn account and relationship management<p><b>Primary Duties & Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Support sales team in assigned geography to drive BMT revenue and is responsible for assisting and achieving overall sales goals and objectives</li><li>Assist with account management, including case coverage, inventory control, product in-servicing, installations and training, gather procedure data, customer service and support </li><li>Provide thorough product knowledge and demonstrate proper use of ACIST products to physicians and staff</li><li>Conduct sales presentations, competitive research and analysis</li><li>Provide support to assigned territories as well as outside territory support, as needed</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities): </b></p><p><b>Minimum</b></p><ul><li>Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree (preferred). Medical Device college (preferred)</li><li>Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership in extra-curricular organizations (internships, work, athletics, volunteerism, clubs or associations)</li><li>Up to 2 years proven sales experience</li><li>Experience developing presentations to various audience levels</li><li>Leads with integrity; confident and competitive</li><li>Personable, energetic and responsive</li><li>Must be able to meet and maintain customer/medical facility access requirements, including regular or periodic drug screenings with a satisfactory result in accordance with the requirements of the customer/medical facility serviced</li><li>Must be willing to relocate within the US as opportunities and business needs arise</li><li>Ability to travel 75%+ of the time</li><li>Able to lift and manipulate equipment weighing 50#</li><li>Valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><b>Estimated Total Annual Earnings*: $103,000.00 to $113,000.00 total earnings (including base salary and variable compensation).
