Associate Territory Account Manager

font-size: 12pt;">The Associate Territory Account Manager is<span style="color: black;"> responsible for selling Tactile Medical devices and educating physicians, clinicians and patients on our medical devices that are clinically </span>proven<span style="color: black;"> to improve the quality of life for Lymphedema patients. </span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="color: black; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities</span></strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Conducts full-cycle consultative sales (prospecting, scheduling and attending meetings, product demonstrations, in services, closing and follow-up).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Works with physicians, therapists and other clinicians to increase awareness and educate on the Flexitouch System and other products and services offered by Tactile Medical</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Provides in-home product demonstrations on our devices for patients and assist them with questions</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="color: windowtext;">Assists the Territory Account Manager with sales strategies and execution to </span>surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Assists in providing customer support through training and education in disease state, treatment protocols, reimbursement requirements, etc</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Compliant with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA  </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4 years)</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of outside sales/inside sales experience OR</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">2+ years of patient facing clinical experience OR</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">1+ years of Tactile Medical patient facing or sales support work experience</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><em><strong>Preferred:</strong></em></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Outside sales experience with in-person product demonstrations</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Clinical experience working directly with lymphedema patients such as a Nurse, CLT, PTA, PT, OT, OTA, etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated success interacting with Tactile Medical patients, customers, and clinicians</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong sales “close” experience and mentality, including persuasiveness, assertiveness and persistence</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Resourceful and a self-starter</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to travel/drive within the territory as well as outside of the territory for conference, trainings, etc. </span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
