Associate Specialist, Medical Education (Hybrid)

Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><span><b>What you will do</b></span></h1><ul><li><p><span>Coordinate marketing and sales–related educational events, both in-person and virtual.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute impactful Medical Education programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop a strong understanding of products, procedures, and the competitive landscape.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support curriculum design and contribute to the development of training and educational initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Gather, track, and analyze data and feedback from educational activities to ensure continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understand and map customer profiles to tailor content and learning pathways effectively.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Assist in managing budgets and ensuring alignment with internal and external branding guidelines.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Communicate effectively across teams using appropriate internal and external communication tools and channels.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h1><span><b>What you will need</b></span></h1><p><br /><span>Required:</span></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or 2 years of equivalent professional experience. <span> </span></p></li><li><p>Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Medical Education, Marketing, Product Management, Training, or related areas.</p></li><li><p>Professional experience in the healthcare industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare services, or related sectors).</p></li><li><p>Advanced Spanish proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Intermediate English proficiency.</p></li><li><p>Availability to work in a hybrid model in Santiago, Chile or São Paulo, Brazil.</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Preferred:</p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in the medical devices industry.</span></p></li><li><p>Portuguese proficiency.</p></li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 70%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
