Job Description

岗位职责：

1.完成日常质粒抽提实验，包括质粒小抽抽提、质粒大抽抽提、质粒板抽抽提等；
2.登记并整理实验记录，及时汇报实验进度；
3.总结实验经验，对相关工作流程SOP提出优化意见；
4.对实验中的异常问题进行沟通；
5.相关仪器设备的日常维护和管理；
6.完成领导布置的其他任务。

任职资格：

1.本科及以上学历，生物、医学等相关专业；
2.需要有分子生物学相关工作经验；
3.具备分子生物学基础理论和常规操作技术;
4.有DNA/RNA抽提或细菌培养的工作经验优先；
5.熟悉并操作离心机、洁净工作台等设备；
6.诚实可靠，具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神；
7.吃苦耐劳，能够承担一定的工作压力。

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform routine plasmid extraction experiments, including mini-prep, maxi-prep, and plate plasmid extraction.

2. Log and organize experimental records, and report experiment progress in a timely manner.

3. Summarize experimental experience and propose optimization suggestions for relevant SOPs.

4. Communicate abnormal issues encountered during experiments.

5. Conduct daily maintenance and management of relevant laboratory instruments and equipment.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Biology, Medicine or related disciplines.

2. Hands-on working experience in molecular biology is required.

3. Solid theoretical knowledge and proficiency in routine laboratory operations of molecular biology.

4. Prior experience in DNA/RNA extraction or bacterial cell culture is preferred.

5. Familiar with the operation of centrifuges, clean benches and other lab equipment.

6. Honest and reliable, with good communication skills and team spirit.

7. Hard-working, able to work under certain work pressure.
