<p style="text-align:left"><b>Work Schedule</b></p>Standard (Mon-Fri)<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Environmental Conditions</b></p>Office<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1>Associate Project Lead / Associate Project Manager – Early Development</h1><p>We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Lead / Associate Project Manager to support early-phase clinical trials, working closely with cross-functional teams, investigators, vendors, and sponsors to deliver high-quality studies on time, within budget, and in compliance.</p><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><p>Act as a key point of contact for project teams, investigators, and internal stakeholders.</p><p>Own and deliver delegated project activities to support cross-functional study execution.</p><p>Support site-level study start-up, conduct, recruitment, and data collection activities.</p><p>Develop, track, and update project plans, reports, and study metrics.</p><p>Coordinate internal and external project meetings.</p><p>Support regulatory and ethics submissions, informed consent documentation, and safety reporting.</p><p>Coordinate cross-functional inputs to the project Risk Register and support risk mitigation planning.</p><p>Support vendor oversight and financial tracking activities.</p><p>Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, SOPs, protocols, and contracts.</p><h2></h2><h2>Experience & Qualifications</h2><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant academic or vocational qualification.</p><p>Typically 5+ years’ experience in clinical research or project delivery.</p><p>Demonstrated experience in early development studies, including Phase 1a/1b trials in healthy volunteers and vaccine studies.</p><p>Exposure to dose-escalation studies, safety data review, and Safety Review Committees (SRCs).</p><p>Experience across both healthy volunteer and patient populations.</p><h2></h2><h2>Key Skills</h2><p>Strong understanding of Phase I operations and ICH-GCP.</p><p>Solid project management fundamentals (time, cost, quality, risk).</p><p>Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.</p><p>Financial awareness and ability to support budget tracking and forecasting.</p><p>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.</p><p></p><p>This role is office-based with potential for occasional domestic or international travel.</p><p></p><p><b>Why Join Us?</b><br /><br />When you join Thermo Fisher Scientific, you become part of a global team that values passion, innovation, and a commitment to scientific excellence.
