If you are excited about a role but don&#39;t meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.</p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2>Job Summary</h2><p>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b>Associate Production Supervisor </b>located in <b>Guadalajara North.</b></p><p>Reporting to the <b>Production Supervisor </b>the <b>Associate Production Supervisor’s </b>role involves:</p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li>Responsible for producing several processes/lines in a highly technical environment.</li><li>Lead a team comprising individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsive requirements.</li><li>Reviews daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiency/quality.</li><li>Troubleshoots/analyses operational problems and advises on their resolution.
