If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an <b>Associate Production Supervisor </b> located in </span><b><span>Orangeburg, SC.</span></b></p><p><span>Reporting to the<b> Operations Manager </b>the <b>Associate Production Supervisor</b></span> <span>role is in charge of directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality and cost goals.</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What a typical day looks like:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>Manages the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and in charge of the lines success.</span></li><li><span>Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.</span></li><li><span>Guide a team of professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and acknowledge requirements.</span></li><li><span>Troubleshoot and explore operational problems and advise on their resolution.
