If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h2></h2><h2>Job Summary</h2><p></p><p><span>To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an </span><b><span>Associate Production Supervisor</span></b> <span>located in </span><b><span>Columbia, SC.</span></b></p><p></p><p><span>Reporting to the </span><b><span>Production Manager</span></b><span>, t</span><span>he </span><b><span>Associate Production Supervisor</span></b> <span>role involves being responsible for directing the manufacturing operations performed in a shift or group of production lines, ensuring they reach volume, quality, and cost goals are met.</span></p><p></p><p><b><u><span>Shift 1st - 7:00 am - 330p</span></u></b></p><p></p><p><b><span>Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:</span></b></p><ul><li>Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.</li><li>Evaluates daily/regularly plant operating performance and advises on changes in operating conditions that will improve efficiencies and quality.</li><li>Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.</li><li>Troubleshoot and analyze operational problems and advise on their resolution.
