How you will make an impact:
• Collaborate with marketing team member(s) to draft annual marketing plans including programs, budgeting, market analysis, competitive analysis, payer impact, ensure alignment with overall business unit strategy and plans thorough execution
• Analyze clinical and market data that may include competitive activity, reimbursement and economic trends
• Partner closely with marketing team member(s) to develop marketing questionnaires/plans and presentation materials on market dynamics, industry trends and business opportunities
• Assist in executing major product launch in collaboration with regional partners as appropriate
• Develop productive relationships with KOLs, building advocates, market influencers, and market develop initiatives and balancing the VOC through in-depth continuous conversations
• Collect market research
• Actively respond to competitive threats
• Identify opportunities for clinical studies, publications, and clinical support programs
What you will need (Required):
• Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 3 years related experience in healthcare industry Required or
• Master's Degree or equivalent 1 year related experience in healthcare industry Required
What else we look for (Preferred):
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience working in sales, marketing, or healthcare industry preferred
• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Good problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
• Solid knowledge and understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics
• Solid knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
• Proactively gain procedural and product knowledge through all available sources (internal and external as the opportunities arise)
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Strict attention to detail
• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
