He/She is expected to transfer product strategy, objectives into value creation through the strong understand of the consumer’s needs. He/She is mainly responsible for coordinating the cross-functional colleagues to rapid penetrate the</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">market by developing strategies &amp; innovative solutions to increase the vaccination rate via leveraging data, analytic, digital, agile ways of workings.</span></p><p><span style="color:#000000">This position will collaborate and work closely with the senior product manager for the market strategy building and coordinate the business solution development including cross functional colleagues and relevant regional colleagues</span></p><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Exploration of the business solution to drive the private market penetration, and support PSR to engage KOLs.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Collect, validate, and manage creative assets and engage with external stakeholders to obtain market intelligence.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Establish KPIs of each tactical plans and set the tracking system.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">In-time project management and the partnership development.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Work with IT/ data scientist to Convert complex data and findings into understandable insights and implication for business.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Connect with HCOs for HCP engagement and establish education SOP.<br /></span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#000000"><b>Qualifications &amp; Experience</b></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><i>Education</i></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Marketing planning /Communication and analytical skills</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><i>Key requirements:</i></span></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">1-3 years of experiences on marketing or similar roles.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience in establishing business solution and innovative solution framework</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experience in health care private market and creative strategy development.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Ability to connect quickly with product strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Maintains thorough knowledge of the customers‘needs and system affecting them.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Strong communication skill and be able to coordinate with internal cross-functional colleagues and external experts.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Strong analytical thinking and ability to perform good data analytic and able to use various forms of data</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Proven record of delivering tangible business value</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Experienced in Vaccine or self-pay product business</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><i>Skill/Leadership</i></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Adaptive, demonstrate positive thinking, learning agility and be adaptable to changes or innovative ideas</span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#000000">Collaborative &amp;
