Associate Product Manager

<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><p>•   Understand and implement the brand strategies &amp; plan to grow the business and identify opportunities to expand sales and productivity of assigned department.</p><p>•   Develop and execute marketing program to make sure on-time-delivery with high quality.</p><p>•   Lead to build and maintain professional relationship with KOLs through advisory meeting, sponsorship, site visit and attendance at key congress. Utilize KOLs to drive marketing message and brand noise for demand creation.</p><p>•   Create and develop marketing materials including evidence-based messages, clinical tools, product slides, handbook… etc.</p><p>•   Closely work with ethical sales team for developing education contents and activation plans for HCP&amp; patient education to drive downstream.</p><p>•   Monitor and control marketing expenses in line with budget on monthly basis.</p><p>•   Assist Line Manager in other additional tasks as requested</p><p></p><p><b>Background &amp; Education Required</b></p><p>• Bachelor’s degree or above</p><p>•  With 3-5 years’ working experience in Pharmaceutical or Clinical Nutrition or Healthcare market.</p><p>•  Minimum 1 year’s working experience in product management with multi-national companies.
