Work Flexibility: Hybrid<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><b>What you will do: </b></p><ul><li>You must be able to develop talent, advocate for, and drive team development.</li><li>You will develop, coordinate, implement, and maintain QA systems for new products and acquisitions.</li><li>You will lead and coordinate the activities of Software Advanced Quality Engineers that are part of larger, cross-functional NPD project teams and will provide Quality leadership for the broader NPD team.</li><li>You will oversee the design of test methods for software design verification testing.</li><li><span>You will train others in QA/GMP/SDLC related topics.</span></li><li>You will be expected to operate autonomously and make decisions that are best for the business.</li><li>You will evaluate the performance of the Advanced Quality Engineering team based on pre-established performance parameters.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What you need</b></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline</li><li>10+ year of experience in a regulated environment</li><li>Experience in new product development</li><li>Experience in Design Controls, Software Design Lifecycle, and Risk Management related to NPD</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>Hands-on involvement in software development</li><li>Strong process orientation</li><li>Strong aptitude and attitude to be a great team player</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p>Travel Percentage: 20%<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p></p>
