Work Flexibility: Onsite KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES主要职责:· Collaborate with employees at all levels to promote a safe, healthy and environment friendly work environment in compliance to national laws and regulations, international standards and best practices, as well as to corporate policies.与各级员工协作，按照国家法律法规、国际标准和最佳做法以及企业政策，促进安全、健康和环境友好的工作环境。· Develop, prepare and implement environment, health and safety awareness campaigns and training programs to educate and train employees, contractors and visitors.制定、准备和实施环境、健康和安全意识运动和培训方案，以教育和培训雇员、承包商和来访者。· Develop, maintain and implement EHS operating procedures, regulations and best practices concerning safety & health, environmental protection, emergency preparedness & response, etc.制定、维护和实施EHS操作规程、规章制度和安全、环保、应急准备和反应等方面的最佳做法。· Hands-on work attitude, being present on the shopfloor on a regular basis to provide assistance, guidance in safety & health related matters and in encouraging safe working practices.踏实的工作态度，目前定期对车间提供协助，在安全与健康有关的事项和鼓励安全工作实践的指导。· Support the ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, Safety Standardization systems build up and implementation.支持ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 安全标准化系统的建立和实施。<ul><li>Organize regular EHS site inspections, continuously monitor risks and improve risk reduction.</li></ul>定期组织EHS现场检查，持续进行风险监护和风险降低改善。<ul><li>Collaborate with the global EHS team on standardizing EHS across all manufacturing facilities.</li></ul>与全球EHS团队合作，规范所有生产设施的EHS。· Provide technical guidance and support coordination regarding various safety issues.就各种安全问题提供技术指导和协调支持。<ul><li>Support accident reporting and facilitates accident investigation and facilitate accident PDCA management.</li></ul>支持事故报告并促进事故PDCA的闭环管理。<ul><li>Establish and maintain good partnership with local authorities (e.g. Police Department, Fire Department, Environmental Protection Bureau, Production Safety Bureau, etc.).</li></ul>建立并保持与地方当局的良好合作关系（如公安部门、环境保护局、应急管理局等）。<ul><li>Be the point of contact for local authorities and lead external audits onsite.</li></ul>与地方当局联系，并在现场进行外部审计。<ul><li>Timely response to and implement government requirements (e.g. Guideline of China Occupational Safety and Health Management System). </li></ul>及时响应和落实政府的要求（如指导中国职业安全健康管理体系）。 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES管理职责:· N/A (current)暂不适用 REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：· Familiar with Chinese national and local EHS related laws & regulations, as well as with international standards such as ISO 14001熟悉中国国家和地方的与环境卫生安全相关的法律法规，熟悉ISO 14001等国际标准· Very good proficiency in English (oral and written) a must熟练掌握英语（口头和书面） RELEVANT EXPERIENCE经验要求：· Minimum of 10 years working experience in EHS in a manufacturing environment.至少10年制造业环境安全方面的工作经验。 EDUCATION教育背景：· Bachelor degree or above with major in environment, health and safety or related engineering field (e.g. mechanical, manufacturing).本科以上学历，环境、健康、安全或相关工程专业（机械、制造、安全工程）。Travel Percentage: None
