Every kit contains implants, instruments, and equipment, all meticulously prepared by our dedicated kit team.</p><p><b>You’ll be responsible for:</b></p><ul><li>Picking, packing, and dispatching medical device kits efficiently and accurately</li><li>Ensuring kits are delivered in-full and on-time</li><li>Conducting quality checks on returned kits</li><li>Maintaining accurate records in our system</li><li>Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and customer service teams</li></ul><p><b>What We’re Looking For</b></p><ul><li>Team player – Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively</li><li>Detail-oriented – Your keen eye ensures precision in every kit</li><li>Thrives in a fast-paced environment – You love a challenge and stay motivated</li><li>Problem-solver – Quick thinking and adaptability are key</li><li>Passion for healthcare – Make a tangible impact on patient outcomes</li><li>Must have full New Zealand working rights, a car, and a driver’s license</li><li>Must be able to work a rotating roster with shifts from 7am to 7pm, on-call and occasional evening work</li></ul><p><b>Why Join Stryker?</b></p><p>We don’t just offer jobs – we build careers.
