We also collaborate with partners on the development of TransCon-based products in other therapeutic areas and markets. </p><p><strong>As Supply Chain Associate at Ascendis Pharma</strong> you will be part of the Global Logistics Team, who are responsible for global shipping within Ascendis. The team consists of 4 competent colleagues. </p><p>You will be a vital part of the development of the current and future supply chains. You will also be part of the daily coordination and monitoring of GxP shipments. </p><p><strong>You will work</strong> closely with devoted colleagues throughout the organization, who all share the overall goal of developing and bringing new, innovative medicines to patients. The supply chain relies entirely on third party manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing. You will be an important link in the supply chain, with stakeholders in all departments. </p><p>You will report directly to Aske Engsbro‑Jansson, Associate Director, based in Hellerup. The role is located in Hellerup.</p><p><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></p><p>This role is ideal for someone who wants to <strong>learn, develop hands‑on logistics experience</strong>, and gradually take on more responsibility.</p><p><strong>Logistics Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Support coordination, booking and following up of daily global shipments, including cold chain and GxP activities</li><li>Communicate accurately with third‑party logistics providers</li></ul><p><strong>Compliance & Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with preparing and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and shipping documentation</li><li>Learn to ensure transportation and storage activities comply with GDP and regulatory requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Support colleagues across functions on shipping procedures and requirements</li><li>Help resolve logistics‑related issues with internal partners and vendors</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to tracking and reporting key logistics KPIs</li><li>Participate in identifying and implementing process improvements</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills</strong></p><p>We are looking for someone eager to grow. Formal logistics experience is <strong>not required</strong>, but experience from supply chain, warehouse operations, shipping coordination, or similar is an advantage. Experience from regulated industries will also be a plus.<br> You bring:</p><ul><li>Interest in global logistics, cold chain distribution, and regulated environments</li><li>Willingness to learn about GxP/GDP requirements and international shipping processes</li><li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Proficiency in English and Danish (written & spoken)</li><li>Solid IT skills: experience with ERP systems (e.g., D365) is an advantage.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Key competencies</strong></p><p>You are curious, proactive, and willing to learn.
