Associate Finance Manager

<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>JOB DESCRIPTION:</b></h2><h2><span>Major Responsibilities/Activities:</span></h2><h2>SG&amp;A budget control/expense monitoring and financial performance review with budget owner, follow up the mitigation actions:</h2><ul><li>Work with budget owner to develop the budget plan supported with detailed activities/projects.</li><li>Manage the SG&amp;A spending in line with the agreed Plan/LBE of total functions and affiliate. Monitor expense via daily PR and Cost efficiency analysis for expense-Local marketing expense by activities by category, PR analysis  for the activity frequency and coverage.</li><li>Lead enhancement and drive for cost efficiency on BU expense control</li><li>Prepare month-end, quarter-end &amp; year end closing timely and accurately.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Financial support to business operation, including internal control and daily operation:</b></p><ul><li>Cross-function communication support on internal control process with business team.</li><li>Providing Financial consulting and policy understanding to business leaders to facilitate business decision</li><li>Work with business team to improve the operation process and providing training accordingly.</li><li>Work with business team and close communication on operation result and follow up the mitigation plan.</li></ul><p><b>LBE process support:</b></p><ul><li>Develop detailed SGA budget as part of Plan/LBE package to support the PNL forecast.</li><li>Provide business rational, data reconcliation and commentary for SGA budget analysis.  </li><li>Upload the system according to the aligned LBE and track the changes.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross-function communication on system setting, daily operation and policy understanding:</b></p><ul><li>Set communication bridge with cooperate team &#xff08;such as IFO&#xff09; and business team closely communication on business model discussion/ finance booking principle and OEC and legal case</li></ul><p></p><h2>REQUIREMENTS:</h2><ul><li><b>Industry experience</b><b>s</b>: At least 2 to 3 years experience in healthcare industry, pharmaceutical experience is preferred.</li><li><b>Position experiences: </b>Minimum 10 years related experience, Finance planning and analysis is required , GL Accounting experience is prefered.</li><li><b>Language Skills</b><b>&#xff1a;</b>Fluent in written &amp; spoken English</li><li><b>Computer Skills:</b> Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI to support accurate data analysis, dashboard developmen, and reporting.</li><li><b>Certificate Required: </b>CPA, ACCA, CIMA qualification is preferred.</li><li><b>Other Special requirement: </b>Experience in SAP is preferred.</li></ul><p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p><b>The base pay for this position is </b></p>N/A<p style="text-align:left"><span>In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.</span></p><p style="text-align:inherit">     </p><h2><b>JOB FAMILY:</b></h2>Financial Planning and Analysis<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><h2><b>DIVISION:</b></h2>EPD Established Pharma<p style="text-align:inherit">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><h2><b>LOCATION:</b></h2>China &gt; Shanghai : 388 W.
