General Description:

As the Regional Strategic Feasibility Associate within Global Clinical Operations (GCO), you will support regional activities by working closely with regional feasibility managers, regional study teams, and country teams. Your focus will be on supporting the Strategic Feasibility  and Site Feasibility process, maintaining up-to-date dashboards, preparing materials for strategic meetings, and providing essential support in disease area landscaping. Your work will contribute to the overall success of clinical trial feasibility, site identification, and recruitment planning.

Essential Functions:

Information Tracking and Dashboard Maintenance:

• Maintain and update feasibility dashboards with key metrics related to site identification, recruitment, and enrollment performance.
• Ensure accurate tracking of feasibility data, keeping it organized and accessible for senior team members and study teams.
• Assist in collecting and recording data from internal and external sources to ensure that feasibility assessments are comprehensive and up to date.

Preparation for Strategic Meetings:

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for strategic feasibility meetings with global and regional teams, ensuring the accuracy of data and the clarity of insights.
• Assist in compiling relevant information for use in meetings with study teams, focusing on-site capabilities, patient recruitment strategies, and regional intelligence.
• Help ensure that meeting materials and data are tailored to specific therapeutic areas, trials, or regions as needed.

Support for Disease Area Landscaping:

• Collaborate with the feasibility team to support landscaping activities for specific disease areas, gathering and organizing information on regional treatment standards, competing trials, and emerging trends.
• Stay informed about key developments within assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring that disease area knowledge is reflected in feasibility recommendations and reports.
• Assist in tracking regional data related to new treatment approvals, clinical practices, and recruitment performance for specific disease indications.

Cross-functional Collaboration and Information Sharing:

• Provide administrative support to Study teams and regional and country feasibility managers by ensuring the timely sharing of all relevant information across teams.
• Contribute to the coordination of cross-functional meetings by ensuring dashboards and data summaries are up-to-date and relevant for discussion.

Data Compilation and Support for Feasibility Recommendations:

• Help compile feasibility data from internal systems and external sources, integrating this data into reports that support site identification and recruitment strategies.
• Ensure that data related to local treatment standards, disease prevalence, and competitive landscape is accurate and accessible to inform study design and execution.

Enrolment Forecasting and Performance Tracking:

• Support the feasibility team in tracking patient enrolment progress across studies, maintaining up-to-date dashboards that reflect real-time recruitment performance.
• Assist in identifying risks or delays in patient recruitment by analyzing trends in the data and flagging issues to senior team members.

Site Feasibility Process:

• Obtain CDA signed from sites and complete BeOne trackers ​
• Review feasibility global questionnaire​
• Identify the site contact and send the feasibility questionnaire.
• Obtain site feasibility questionnaires and complete BeOne trackers 

Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Development:

• Stay engaged with ongoing process improvement initiatives, supporting the implementation of new tools or systems that enhance the tracking and reporting of feasibility data.
• Continue to develop knowledge of therapeutic areas and clinical trial operations to provide increasingly valuable support to the feasibility and study teams.

Minimum Requirements – Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a scientific, clinical trial, medical, or healthcare discipline* (e.g., Registered Nurse) with a minimum of  0 - 1 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical operations, study start-up, or regulatory affairs.

 *Exceptions may be made for candidates with appropriate Clinical Operations or Regulatory Affairs experience. Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a related field in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry is essential. 

Other Experience:

• Drive high level of ownership and accountability within team and with external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills and practical written and verbal communication skills across all levels within an organization 

Supervisory Responsibilities: NA

Travel:  Travel might be required as per business needs.

Computer Skills:

• Microsoft Office Suite, CTMS applications, EDC applications, analytic tools (e.g. Citeline, Trialtrove, etc.) and additional feasibility software
