Description
Riboscience is seeking a passionate, creative, and dedicated individual to join our team as an Associate Director/Sr. Clinical Trial Manager to lead/support the delivery of clinical study(ies), ensuring they are conducted on time, within budget, and of appropriate quality. General responsibilities include leading clinical trial management activities, operational execution of studies, site and vendor management, quality oversight, financial management of studies, compliance with Good Clinical Practice, risk management, data integrity oversight, and fostering teamwork. The candidate should have experience managing Phase 1-3 multinational/global clinical trials and familiarity with vendor and site oversight. Strong communication, organizational, and independent reasoning skills are essential. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline and at least 10 years of experience in clinical operations in biotech/pharma.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline required, master’s degree or higher preferred. At least 10 years’ experience in clinical operations in biotech/pharmaceutical companies. Experience managing oncology clinical trials strongly preferred. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project), electronic TMF, and electronic clinical technologies.
