In this role, you will also be accountable for delivery, quality, strategic planning, resource management and driving continual improvements into the teams. As Associate Director, Solution Deployment, you will undertake the full range of duties relevant to the leadership and development of the function to ensure its performance meets and or exceeds both the business and staff&#39;s own personal goals/objectives, as appropriate.</p><p></p><p><u><b><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></b></u></p><p></p><p><b>Software design</b></p><ul><li><p>Selects, adopts and adapts appropriate software design methods, tools and techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.</p></li><li><p>Specifies and designs large or complex software components.</p></li><li><p>Undertakes impact analysis on major design options, makes recommendations and assesses and manages associated risks.</p></li><li><p>Specifies prototypes/simulations to enable informed decision making.</p></li><li><p>Evaluates the quality of others&#39;
