Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Security Risk and Compliance expert to join our dynamic ServiceNow SecOps product Value Team. The ideal candidate should possess proven leadership abilities to drive a technical squad, influence business partners for value realization and a strong technical background in ServiceNow development.

This position is based in our Hyderabad location, and we follow a hybrid work policy.

Position Overview:

Under the direction of the Associate Director, Technical Product Management, ServiceNow Security, Risk and Compliance, this role represents the senior execution lead for ServiceNow Security, Risk and Compliance Product Model and enabling business.

The Lead Product Associate Director is accountable for end‑to‑end execution of Product model sustainment and transformational services, spanning intake, solutioning, orchestration, execution, validation, and closure across ServiceNow Security, Risk and Compliance product capabilities. This individual serves as the authority and product owner for large‑scale and complex product capabilities evolution, development and roll-out, ensuring predictable, secure, compliant, and cost‑effective outcomes.

In addition to execution leadership, this role drives new product expansion, platform evolution, and AI‑enabled innovation across SN Security, Risk and Compliance product functionality and capabilities. The candidate will identify opportunities to automate, augment, and optimize business workflows using AI/ML, analytics, and intelligent orchestration, while shaping the long‑term roadmap of product capabilities offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead dynamic squad of Security, Risk and Compliance product developers, testers, and operations support to drive the identification, design, and development of business enabling solutions for Information Risk Management and Enterprise IT Division.
• Collaborate across the ServiceNow value team and business stakeholders to understand business needs by developing multi-year strategic road maps where ServiceNow Solutions can address business challenges.
  Partner with the business and other technical teams to identify and then integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems and third-party applications to support reliable foundational as well as operational data to drive the enterprise.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Product model capabilities execution events, from demand intake through planning, development, UAT, release completion, stabilization, and handoff.
• Function as the single process execution authority for complex, high‑risk, or large‑scale product transformation efforts.
• Define and govern execution standards, runbooks, and success criteria from Product requirements inception to product release.
• Coordinate execution across different ServiceNow product managers, business stakeholders, and partners teams to ensure seamless roll-out and implementation.
• Proactively identify execution risks, dependencies, and constraints, and drive mitigation strategies before service impact occurs.
• Own and evolve SDLC documentation, execution playbooks, and operational procedures.
• Establish governance models ensuring security, compliance, quality, and auditability across SecOps product design, development and execution.
• Ensure configuration management and version control across heterogeneous environments.
• Support development of custom reports, performance analytics, and executive dashboards in ServiceNow Security, Risk and Compliance product model to provide real-time insights into service performance and key metrics.
• Leveraging experience from the SecOps product sustainment & transformation effort and business user feedback, lead team in prioritization of Identified opportunities for improvements that would optimize ServiceNow SecOps product capabilities & solutions.
• Ensure squad follows consistent, required process of conducting thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and developments to ensure system stability, reliability, and accuracy. Continuing to evolve solutions approach to enable more automated testing for the solutions.
• Ensure team is compliant in maintaining comprehensive SDLC and technical documentation for all ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and developments.
• Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, tools, and best practices.

Experience with any of the following:

Support design, configuration, and development of ServiceNow applications, modules, flows, and interfaces to meet the organization's Integrated Risk Management (GRC/IRM), Policy & Compliance (PCM),Privacy Management, Business Continuity (BCM), Audit Management (AM), ServiceNow SecOps (Security Incident Response, /Vulnerability Response, /Application Vulnerability Response, /Configuration Compliance )  product capability  requirements.

• Awareness and experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI are a desired plus.
• Preferred ServiceNow: CIS–Risk and Compliance, CIS–SecOps, CSA (Administrator), CAD (Application Developer) certification would be highly preferred
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML with hands-on experience in ServiceNow scripting and development.
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices for IT Service Management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience across ServiceNow product and process areas; Security (Security Incident Response / Vulnerability Response /Configuration Compliance / DLP) and/or IRM, Privacy Management, Business Continuity Management, Audit preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of Agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Deep understanding of risk and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST CSF/800-53, SOX, PCI DSS, HIPAA).
• Possess strong requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation.
• Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and influence stakeholders.
• Possess analytical mindset, problem-solving, and continuous improvement orientation.
• Possess Platform: ACLs, roles, encryption, ATF, Update Sets, Scoped Apps, Release Management, and performance tuning.
• Demonstrated delivery of at least 2–3 enterprise Security, Risk, Compliance /GRC implementations from design through deployment and support.
• Desired proficiency in SecOps: Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Threat Intelligence, Playbooks/Orchestration.
• Preferred configuration experience in ServiceNow GRC modules: Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, Vendor Risk, and IRM entities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  10+ years of working experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with 10+ years desired experience on GRC / IRM and /or Security Operations.
• 5+ years leading or owning product manager and capability model execution.
• Experience working in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industries
