The Position

The Associate Director, Promo Medical Education and Training Operations is responsible for leading the internal operations of the CTP (Certified Training Program) for Nexplanon. CTP is necessary for HCPs to obtain Nexplanon training and certification, which enables them to both procure and utilize the product in appropriate women. This role is non-promotional and will collaborate with marketing, market access, sales, and medical affairs teams to ensure appropriate and efficient CTP execution.  

 

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and maintenance for all aspects of CTP operations for Nexplanon including trainer network, commercial-led training content, database management, Nexplanontraining.com, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with medical affairs to ensure CTP content, trainer certification, and overall training experience is aligned with current labeling and customer needs.
• Collaborate with CTP Field Specialists and Sales to support appropriate CTP execution and pull-through of CTP updates.
• Consistently leverage data, feedback, and observations to identify and enable improvements in the CTP processes or capabilities; implement prioritized activities.  
• Support in-bound and out-bound communications with the Sales, Operations, and Medical Affairs leadership to ensure cross-team awareness and understanding of critical program updates and expectations.
• Support CTP budget, ensuring appropriate expense management according to plan.

 

Required Education, Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years combined medical affairs, medical marketing, medical marketing support function experience.
• Ability to individually contribute to fundamental marketing execution, including digital
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical.
• Strong project management and collaboration.
• Strong communication and presentation.

 

Preferred Experience and Skills

• At least 2 years pharmaceutical brand marketing.  
• Experience in speaker bureau and/or HCP event planning.
• Promotion execution experience including through legal, regulatory, and clinical review.
• Working with sales organizations.

$113,500.00 - $193,300.00
