This individual will lead the development and execution of tactics supporting HCPs (physicians, APPs, etc.). This person will occupy an important role on commercial product teams, work closely with Market Insights, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders to deliver integrated commercial planning and execution. The Associate Director, Product Marketing, should feel at home in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. This position requires excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills. This role will report to the Executive Director of HCP Marketing.</span></span></p><p></p><p><b><u>Responsibilities</u></b></p><ul><li style="color:#323535 !important"><p><span style="color:#323535">Develops and leads key elements of the HCP personal and non-personal promotional brand strategy aligned to strategic imperatives</span></p></li><li style="color:#323535 !important"><p><span style="color:#323535">Drives execution through the management of and partnership with external agencies, internal cross-functional partners, and field sales. Regularly measures the success of initiatives via key performance indicators.</span></p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Leverages market research and analytics to optimize promotional marketing tactics</p></li><li><p>Implements a communication strategy to ensure alignment with the sales team, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy</p></li></ul><ul><li style="color:#323535 !important"><p><span style="color:#323535">Assist in the creation of HCP promotional tactics utilized to drive brand preference</span></p></li><li style="color:#323535 !important"><p><span style="color:#323535">Assist in the development of all market-shaping promotion tactics</span></p></li><li style="color:#323535 !important"><p><span style="color:#323535">Gains approval for marketing materials through an internal review process, including management reviews and Medical-Legal-Regulatory.
