Purpose: The Associate Director, Market Research is responsible for leading market research across the Solid Tumor pipeline as assets transition from early business development into commercial launch planning. The role will initially concentrate on Erda iDRS and will expand to support additional priority Solid Tumor pipeline assets as they enter the 18-month launch-readiness horizon. The individual will also provide targeted market research support for in-line assets based on business priorities and available funding.
This individual will closely partner with cross-functional teams across early development, commercial strategy, marketing, sales, medical, and other business functions to deliver business-building recommendations, shape development and launch decisions, and drive organizational action. The position plays a key role in advising leadership, establishing foundational market understanding for emerging assets, and guiding evidence-based strategy across the Solid Tumor pipeline.
This individual will lead the design and execution of integrated learning plans spanning patients, healthcare professionals, payers, and other key stakeholders. Research will support asset transition, disease-state understanding, target product profile development, opportunity assessment, positioning, customer strategy, and launch readiness. The individual must demonstrate exceptional leadership, communicate insights clearly and concisely, collaborate across teams, influence without authority, and encourage thoughtful risk-taking. They will be personally accountable for making Johnson & Johnson Credo-based decisions and fostering a Credo-based culture.
