We strive to inspire and grow our company, our partnerships, our science, and our people, because when we do, we deliver more for patients. </i></p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p>Reporting to the Senior Director, Market Access, Government Affairs and Policy, the Associate Director, Market Access and Stakeholder Relations, Quebec will lead the development and execution of the argenx stakeholder engagement plan in Quebec and be the central contact with drug plans in the province. The role will encompass a broad range of market access, policy, health technology assessment and communications responsibilities and will be responsible for providing strategic advice to support the overall business in existing and future therapeutic areas. We don’t have all the answers – we work together to find them in support of patients and caregivers. </p><p></p><p><b>Roles and Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the development and implementation of provincial market access and stakeholder engagement plans in Quebec</p></li><li><p>Collaborate and co-create with cross-functional teams (Medical, Patient Advocacy, Communications, Sales and Marketing, Regulatory) to integrate provincial needs and opportunities into the planning process and leverage the broader team to support initiatives in Quebec</p></li><li><p>Represent argenx as the key point of contact with provincial policy makers, drug plans and industry associations</p></li><li><p>Identify and support sponsorship opportunities</p></li><li><p>Provide real-time, ongoing support for reimbursement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Collaborate and co-create with the access and government affairs team to ensure best practices and opportunities are shared</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Skills and Competencies:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment</p></li><li><p>Experience implementing stakeholder work with measurable impact</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including rare disease policy, HTA processes, and patient access pathways</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas clearly</p></li><li><p>Ability to influence without authority and build trust across disciplines</p></li><li><p>Excellent written and oral communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences</p></li><li><p>Agile, resilient, and collaborative team player</p></li><li><p>Passionate about co-creation, innovation, empowerment, excellence, and humility</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Education, Experience and Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li><p>10-12 years experience in market access, public policy, patient advocacy and/or external affairs within biotech/pharma</p></li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field</p></li><li><p>Experience working with Canadian governments and government agencies</p></li><li><p>Prior involvement in brand teams or cross-functional strategic planning</p></li><li><p>Experience managing external agencies and budgets</p></li><li><p>Bilingual (English/French) preferred</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Other Qualification:</b></p><ul><li><p>Travel required: ~30% across Atlantic provinces and to head office, as required</p></li></ul><p></p><p>#LI-Remote</p><p><i>At argenx, all applicants are welcomed in an inclusive environment.
