About the role:
The Associate Director, International Business for Growth Markets is responsible for driving profitable growth across CASA, LATAM, and META regions through the development and alignment of commercial and marketing strategies. This position will lead the Growth Market strategy and prioritization across platform(s); working closely with regional commercial leaders to optimize and accelerate commercial performance.
Essential Functions:
Growth Market Strategy
Develop the international strategy for high-growth markets, prioritization of investments, and supports tactical execution in-region.
Partners with regional leaders for alignment and execution of strategic priorities
Partners with the global platform team to ensure cross-functional support of New Product Development (NPD) releases, global marketing support, and resource alignment.
International Execution and Tactics
Execute key strategic initiatives including targeting, positioning, value proposition, and pricing governance.
Maintains close communication with regional leaders, countries, and platform product marketers.
Provides cross-functional engagement to ensure seamless execution in country (regulatory, quality, supply chain)
Support in the build of investment cases, partnerships or new GTM models in alignment with regional leaders.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of commercial experience in global or regional roles in the medical device industry.
Strong commercial experience in sales effectiveness and marketing.
Strategic mindset, result orientation, high level of personal accountability, growth mindset.
Capacity to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, growth mindset, and resilience in the face of obstacles.
Proven track record of successfully launching new products.
Advanced communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to foster understanding.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to influence without authority, diverse cultural perspective, and global mindset.
Ability to work onsite in Covington, GA at least 4 days a week.
Ability to travel up to 25%
