Position Summary
You will lead a team that delivers end-to-end sourcing and contract activities from a Global Delivery Centre in India. You will partner with global category teams, local markets and business stakeholders to deliver value, manage supplier relationships and ensure compliant operations. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Lead and develop a procurement delivery team to execute source-to-contract activities across indirect categories.
- Plan and run sourcing projects, lead negotiations, and support contract creation and execution.
- Build strong relationships with global category leads, local market teams and suppliers.
- Deliver agreed benefits and key performance indicators, including cost savings and supplier performance.
- Manage escalations, risks and issues, ensuring timely and pragmatic resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement and standard ways of working across the Global Delivery Centre.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders and category teams to understand requirements and shape sourcing approaches.
- Translate category strategy into practical sourcing plans and tasks for the delivery team.
- Ensure contracts are accurate, compliant and executed in line with procedures.
- Monitor supplier performance and manage the supplier lifecycle to protect supply, quality and service.
- Support implementation of procurement systems and tools that improve efficiency and transparency.
- Coach and mentor team members. Promote skills development and a collaborative team environment.

Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, supply chain, procurement, engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience, including indirect categories.
- Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple locations.
- Strong commercial negotiation experience and practical contract management skills.
- Good understanding of procurement processes, risk management and supplier lifecycle management.
- This role is hybrid based in India, with regular collaboration across time zones and occasional travel.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus
- Master’s degree or professional procurement certification (for example CIPS or equivalent).
- Experience working in a global matrix environment for a large organisation.
- Proven track record in delivering measurable savings and operational KPIs.
- Familiarity with procurement platforms or tools for sourcing and contract management.
- Experience in leading change, process design and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder influencing skills and experience working with senior leaders.
