<p><b>Job title:</b> Associate Director, Forecasting – Dermatology</p><ul><li><p><b>Location:</b> Cambridge, MA</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>About the job</b></p><p></p><p>As <b>Associate Director, Forecasting – Dermatology</b> within our <b>Digital </b>team, you will be responsible for leading commercial forecasting activities for Dupixent&#39;s US Dermatology portfolio as part of the Sanofi US Specialty Care Business Operations organization.</p><p></p><p>In this role, you will be an integral partner to the US Dupixent Commercial team, developing short and long-range sales forecasts for in-line and future Dermatology indications while providing strategic insights on potential threats and opportunities. Together, we chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Main Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p><span><span><span>Collaborate with US Dupixent Dermatology team and cross-functional partners to develop, document, and communicate accurate long-term patient/volume / revenue forecasts for annual Strategic Planning &amp; Budget cycles </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Collaborate with US Dupixent Finance &amp; other US Specialty Care forecasters in forecast cycle planning to promote harmonization across therapeutic areas </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Support model enhancements to ensure forecasts for in-line &amp; launch products reflect strategic direction of each brand (e.g., segmentation, patient flow, etc.) </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Collaborate with Market Research to plan &amp; design studies that provide key forecast inputs (e.g., demand study / conjoint exercises) </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Partner with Market Access to incorporate the latest access assumptions, conduct payer mix analyses, and calculate government program obligatory rebates </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>When necessary, use resources such as analogue analyses &amp; external forecasts (e.g., syndicated / analyst reports) to pressure-test assumptions  </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Develop forecast scenarios to quantify potential risks &amp; opportunities  </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Contribute to US Dupixent leadership reviews by explaining key Dermatology forecast assumptions &amp; outputs, from epidemiology through ex-factory volumes </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Partner with US SPC Finance team to develop &amp; deliver forecast review presentations for US Dupixent Commercial, SPC NA, &amp; SPC Global leadership </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Work with Global Dupixent forecasting to ensure that US deliverables align with Global guidance and properly integrate with the Global forecast aggregation process </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Provide monthly updates to US Dupixent leadership on performance and near-term forecast outlook, integrating latest actuals, analytics, Market Research, CI, etc. </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>In partnership with Analytics &amp; Finance colleagues, provide key end-of-month closing deliverables (i.e., price / volume &amp; demand / inventory analyses) </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Collaborate with Commercial &amp; Finance leadership to revise near-term forecast, accounting for latest actuals &amp; emerging market opportunities/threats </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Conduct ad-hoc meetings with US Dupixent Dermatology brand leads to review key updates, monitor areas of focus, and proactively provide data-driven insights </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Work with Finance and Demand Planning to ensure the most appropriate forecast (by SKU) is delivered for monthly supply chain planning activities  </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>When necessary, attend S&amp;OP meetings to speak to forecast variances or events (e.g., launches, new indications, new devices) </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Design, conduct, and communicate ad-hoc analyses that leverage forecast models to answer key business questions, e.g., co-promotion potential or ROI analysis </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>When necessary, collaborate with US Dupixent Marketing, Sales, Patient Support Services and Finance teams to assess the value of proposed initiatives </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Deliver and present analyses to US Dupixent / Sanofi SPC leadership, including break-even analyses or assessments of return-on-investment </span></span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span><span>Collaborate with Data Management, Analytics, and external data providers to conduct periodic reviews of key model inputs to ensure forecast accuracy </span></span></span></p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><span><b><span>About you</span></b> </span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor&#39;s degree with a minimum of 5 years of direct forecasting experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
