We use state-of-the-art techniques for financial analysis, planning, accounting, reporting and performance evaluation. Job Description and Duties:
Primarily responsible for all aspects of financial evaluation and analysis of proposed acquisitions, divestitures, licensing arrangements, and other potential strategic investment opportunities. This position requires the understanding of applicable financial analysis techniques and accounting principles, effective problem solving, communication skills and knowledge of company products and organization.
Receives project assignments and guidance on objectives from the Directors in Financial Evaluation and Analysis (FE&A)
Analyze and evaluate proposed acquisitions, divestitures, licensing, co-promotion arrangements, and other potential strategic investments
Gather data, develop models, and analyze financial results
Work with Marketing, our Manufacturing Division and our Research & Development Division to understand inputs, as well as interface with project leaders from Corporate Development, Corporate Licensing and Business Development
Estimate the financial impact on the Company under various scenarios and deal structures
Analyze complex business situations by identifying and focusing on criticial variables and assumptions
Support Directors in their role as financial advisor on project teams assigned to analyze, negotiate, and structure external growth opportunities
Develop materials to communicate results to financial and non-financial management
Investigate potential new financial analysis techniques to determine whether currently used valuation methods can be enhanced or new approaches utilized
Required Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in a business related role, preferably in financial analysis
Solid knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles as it relates to valuation
A minimum of 3 years expertise with financial modeling techniques in an Excel-based environment
Required Skills:
Highly motivated; solid knowledge of applicable financial analysis techniques and accounting principles
Effective problem solving and communication skills (both written and oral)
Solid team player; strong customer focus/orientation; understanding of our Company’s products, franchises, and divisions.
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple tasks under tight deadlines, effectively prioritize workload and complete tasks promptly and accurately.
Analyze complex business situations by focusing on critical variables and assumptions and translate these into economic and financial results.
Develop presentations that clearly communicate valuation results to Senior Management.
Minimum Education Requirement:
Bachelor of Science degree or Bachelor of Arts degree required - preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics
CPA, CFA, or Master of Business Administration degree in Finance preferred

The salary range for this role is
$129,000.00 - $203,100.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
