Join us in our mission to make a difference.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Oversee our company's global Value for Customs Purposes (VCP) program</li><li>Oversee global Proof of Payment activities</li><li>Lead efforts related to global customs valuation reviews, including annual reporting of transfer price adjustments</li><li>Collaborate with team members on global duty mitigation strategies, including US Foreign Trade Zones and ex-US Foreign Trade Zone equivalents</li><li>Effectively manage escalated questions and queries relating to customs valuation on a daily basis</li><li>Interface closely with colleagues in finance, accounting, tax, and various businesses to identify and understand our company's complex financial transactions, ensuring customs valuation controls are in place and effective</li><li>Participate in or direct cross-functional teams aiming to implement and manage complex valuation control processes</li><li>Drive global initiatives to ensure the correct reporting of customs value, such as reporting of royalty payments and transfer price adjustments</li><li>Manage the valuation-related content on team sites</li><li>Work with global trade management systems to ensure all valuation master data and processes are maintained</li><li>Develop and maintain company guidelines for appropriate Incoterm usage and act as the primary escalation point for business concerns related to Incoterms</li><li>Develop and maintain customs valuation standards and procedures, and design and upgrade associated training materials</li><li>Assist the ECO Global Trade Standards & Controls team in audits by providing input regarding valuation requirements and internal processes, and assist in identifying findings</li><li>Lead prior/voluntary disclosure efforts on valuation issues, if required, and manage disclosure-related CAPA</li><li>Create and maintain internal procedures covering the process steps of key activities</li><li>Manage the U.S. Customs reconciliation program for all company divisions, including data collection from numerous stakeholders and evaluating data for Reconciliation filings</li><li>Select Reconciliation broker, act as primary point of contact, and coordinate annual filings</li><li>Understand and interpret applicable legislation and monitor customs valuation-related legislative changes globally, coordinating communication of changes to the business</li><li>Develop and monitor centrally managed trade compliance processes around the VCP program and VCP-related tools</li><li>Consider and implement proactive enhancements to valuation processes, including our company’s VCP program</li><li>Develop and maintain records and procedures relating to the VCP programs</li><li>Work with our company's regional leads to develop and manage ROW proof of payment efforts</li><li>Assist in developing and maintaining corporate and divisional policies, guidelines, and standards that support compliant and efficient trade compliance systems</li><li>Where compliance gaps are identified, assist in designing solutions and implementing enhancements</li><li>Represent the company in industry trade groups and advocacy efforts, as appropriate</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications</b></p><p><i>Required</i></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree</li><li>Six (6) or more years of functional expertise with international trade or equivalent</li><li>Hands-on experience using Microsoft products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)</li><li>Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong project management skills and ability to conduct complex reporting processes</li><li>Sustained level of high performance</li><li>Proficient in English</li><li>Awareness of An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.</p><p></p><p>The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.</p><p></p><p>We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
