Associate Director, Clinical Scientist

We are constantly searching for high-impact individuals in various clinical, technical and business operations domains to strengthen our team of patient-centric, intelligent individuals.</p></div><p>This is a fully remote assistant director, clinical science position that serves as support for the Dosing Program Lead in late and early phase studies for DT120 (MM120) and DT402 (MM402) compounds.  </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Dosing Program Lead across assets and may serve as dosing program representative on clinical trial teams </li> <li>Assist with the preparation or presentation of dosing session materials using relevant programs including at minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint </li> <li>Facilitate dosing session-related educational presentations, trainings, and oversight </li> <li>Support Dosing Program Lead in managing the operational execution of individual trials </li> <li>Cultivate long-term, collaborative relationships with clinical trial sites to support clinical trial execution and quality </li> <li>Contribute to the writing and editing of clinical study protocols, clinical study reports, manuscripts, and other study-related documents </li> <li>Contribute to ongoing data review and cleaning, data summarization and analysis in support of abstracts, manuscripts and presentations for external meetings and conferences  </li> <li>Support Dosing Program Lead and Medical Affairs in development of clinical practice dosing model </li> <li>Vendor engagement and management </li> </ul> <p> <strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Doctoral level degree in relevant field (psychology, psychiatry, neuroscience, cognitive science, behavioral science, nursing etc. ) required </li> <ul> <li>Experience in CNS drug development (psychiatry or neurology) preferred </li> </ul> <li>2+ years of clinical trial or other human subject research experience </li> <li>2+ years experience in clinical setting with patients  </li> <li>Awareness of early through late-stage clinical drug development processes and good clinical practice preferred </li> <li>Familiarity with common measurement tools used in psychology and psychiatry, preferred </li> <li>Awareness of safety monitoring processes for human subjects in clinical research </li> <li>Proficiency in reviewing datasets and generating insights using standard tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards) </li> </ul> <p><strong>Other Skills</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Excellent writing and communication skills  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Excellent public speaking skills  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Ability to function as a team player at a high level in a dynamic environment </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Enjoys problem solving </li> <li>Attention to detail</li> </ul> <p><strong>Working Conditions and Travel</strong> </p> <ul> <li>This is a 100% remote position with 25%-50% travel requirement based on business needs </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Working hours may vary to support teams and sites across multiple time zones </li> </ul> <p></p> <p>The starting base pay range for this position is $169,814.00 - $192,241.00. Compensation will be determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, skill set, years of experience, and the employee’s geographic location.</p> <p>Employees in this role may be entitled to additional compensation, including bonus and equity.
