<p><b>About the role</b></p><p>Join AstraZeneca as an <b>Associate Brand Manager</b> to support brand execution for a leading product within the Cardiovascular, Renal and Metabolism (CVRM) Business Unit. Working under the supervision of the Franchise Lead, and in close cooperation with the Brand Managers, you will help develop marketing plans, create omnichannel content, support with sales materials and monitor brand performance. You will gain hands-on experience across digital, promotional and field-facing activities while contributing to compliant, high-quality execution.</p><p><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Strategic </b></p><ul><li>Support strategic planning – assist the Brand Managers in developing marketing plans aligned with the global brand strategy and local market needs</li><li>Insight-led contribution – help translate market and customer insight into actionable positioning, messaging and channel decisions</li><li>Performance tracking – monitor brand KPIs and contribute to analyses that inform course corrections and prioritisation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Operational </b></p><ul><li>Create omnichannel content – produce content and digital assets for omnichannel campaigns, ensuring assets are audience‑focused and aligned with brand messaging</li><li>Manage promotional material development – liaise with internal and external creative teams to develop promotional materials across channels, and coordinate Med/Reg reviews</li><li>Sales enablement – develop and maintain sales tools and educational materials to support field teams, and assist with sales training preparation and roll-out</li><li>Project coordination – provide support with marketing research studies, promotional projects and cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.</li><li>Budget support – assist with budget and expense monitoring, supporting forecasting and resource allocation decisions</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Digital &amp; Analytics</b></p><ul><li>Digital governance – own the end‑to‑end risk assessment process for digital projects for assigned brands, ensuring digital initiatives meet compliance and quality standards</li><li>VAE creation – perform technical creation of VAEs for assigned brands, liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure correct implementation</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Policy Adherence</b></p><ul><li>Conduct all activities in full compliance with AstraZeneca’s Code of Conduct and relevant Policies and Standards.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Qualifications </b></p><ul><li>University degree in a scientific or economic field</li><li>Very good command of English and German (written and spoken)</li><li>Previous work experience in a related role within the pharmaceutical industry would be a plus</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Technical Competencies </b></p><ul><li>Marketing &amp; analytical capability – good grasp of marketing basics, content creation and channel execution.</li><li>Digital literacy – comfortable in creating digital assets and handling digital governance, familiar with campaign measurement tools and quick to learn new platforms</li><li>Project and budget support – strong organiser who can coordinate multiple projects and manage timelines with attention to detail</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Soft Skills</b></p><ul><li>Communication &amp; stakeholder management – clear written and verbal communicator Stakeholder Management – builds relationships and collaborates well with internal teams and external partners</li><li>Drive &amp; resilience – highly self-motivated and meticulous, performs well under pressure</li><li>Team player &amp; adaptability – cooperative and proactive, learns quickly and balances direction with independent ownership</li><li>Category B driving licence</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We offer </b></p><ul><li>A starting salary from € <span>64,272</span> annual gross.
