<h3>Job Title</h3>Assistant Services Sales Manager, Ultrasound<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />• Develops and implements strategic account plans for high-value transactional accounts, aligning with overall business goals and driving substantial sales growth and profitability.<br />• Builds and sustains strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term partnerships.<br />• Coordinates across cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex, customized offers, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and maximizing value propositions.<br />• Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.<br />• Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services to effectively address challenges and opportunities, ensuring high-quality solutions and customer satisfaction.<br />• Conducts comprehensive market analysis, updates sales data in the Customer Relationship Management System in line with Company policies and KPI&#39;s, identifying emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to inform strategic planning and decision-making, thereby enhancing business strategy and performance.<br />• Ensures full compliance with Philips&#39; business processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest levels of business integrity and conduct, which safeguards the company&#39;s reputation.<br />• Leads the execution of advanced commercial plans, including innovative distribution and promotional strategies, to optimize market penetration and sales performance, driving significant revenue growth and market share expansion.<br />• Delivers persuasive and informative presentations to senior customer audiences, effectively communicating complex solutions to support high-impact sales activities.<br />• Monitors and assesses the performance of sales initiatives, implementing data-driven improvements to enhance customer interactions, satisfaction, and overall sales outcomes.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Education:</b><br />Bachelor&#39;s Degree/ Vocational Education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Minimum required Experience:</b><br />No prior experience required with Bachelor&#39;s OR minimum 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Account Management in B2C environment or equivalent.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Experience:</b><br />Proven Track Record of Sales Delivery against Targets in Medical Devices Market.<br /><br /><b>Preferred Skills:</b><br />• Sales Acumen<br />• Business Development<br />• Market Research &amp; Analysis<br />• Commercial Acumen<br />• Data Analysis &amp; Interpretation<br />• Account Management<br />• Customer Relationship Management (CRM)<br />• Account Strategies<br />• Continuous Improvement<br />• Stakeholder Management<br />• KPI Monitoring and Reporting<br />• Developing Proposals<br />• Sales Forecasting</p>
