Description
Monitor the current status and advancements in patents for key institutions or technology fields, and perform search and analysis of patents relevant to the company's operations. Prepare and draft patent application documents, as well as respond to patent examination opinions. Analyze the risk of patent infringement for products and perform FTO investigations. Assess the patentability of technical solutions for proposed patent applications. Communicate and collaborate with internal R&D departments regarding patent-related work. Collaborate with external professional organizations for quality monitoring.
Requirements
Master's degree or higher. Educational background in biology, with a mastery of fundamentals in biochemistry, molecular biology, and cell biology. Excellent skills in reading English literature. Experience in patent application or drafting patent application documents is highly preferred.
