Position Overview</b></h2><p>The Assistant Marketing Manager for Personal Health in Hong Kong plays a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, market share, and sales growth for the company’s Personal Health portfolio. The ideal candidate is a proactive and creative marketer with strong analytical skills, deep market insight, and a passion for consumer health products.</p><h2>1.1 Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Brand Strategy & Planning: Support the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies and annual plans for the Personal Health product portfolio.</li><li>Campaign Management: Coordinate and execute ATL (Above-the-Line) and BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and KPIs.</li><li>Product Launches: Assist with the planning and rollout of new product launches, including market research, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch analysis.</li><li>Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.</li><li>Digital & Social Media Marketing: Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer engagement, content creation, and performance tracking.</li><li>Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials, trade marketing programs, and in-store activation plans.</li><li>Agency & Vendor Management: Liaise with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high-quality and timely execution of campaigns and projects.</li><li>Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness of activities.</li><li>Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, market data, and ROI for management review.</li></ul><h2>1.2 Requirements</h2><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within FMCG, healthcare, or consumer goods sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong market and consumer behavior.</li><li>Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is an advantage.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, project management, and organizational abilities.</li><li>Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.</li></ul><p></p>
