<h1></h1><h1><b>Job Summary</b></h1><p></p>This position will support the financial operations, reporting, and analysis for the Region US OpU and for multiple manufacturing facilities in the United States. <br><br>Key responsibilities include supporting the month-end close process, overseeing planning and reporting activities, driving cost initiatives, and effectively communicating results to stakeholders and senior leaders.<br><br>• Salary Range: $140,000-175,000<br>• Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary<br>Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.<br>• Our benefits and programs are comprehensive and thoughtfully crafted to ensure our colleagues live healthy lives and have support when it matters most. Benefits offered include a 401(k) plan with company contributions, paid vacation, holiday and personal days, employee assistance program, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage.<h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b>Responsibilities</b></h1><h1></h1><p><u>POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></p><p></p><p><b>Financial Planning and Analysis</b></p><ul><li>Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Region US OpU.</li><li>Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to meet business objectives.</li><li>Prepare and deliver month end reports and insights to the VP Finance and Region OpU leadership team.</li></ul><p><b>Compliance</b></p><ul><li>Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, internal controls and local regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in audits (internal and external) and implement recommendations to improve financial compliance.</li></ul><p><b>Cost Management and Operational Support</b></p><ul><li>Oversee cost accounting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with corporate standards.</li><li>Support plant controllers in driving cost reduction and efficiency initiatives.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide financial evaluation and guidance on capital expenditure proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial goals.</li><li>Monitor Net Working Capital targets and support efficiency projects for the US sites</li></ul><p><b>Business Partnering</b></p><ul><li>Collaborate with regional and plant leadership to support decision-making and operational improvements.</li><li>Provide financial expertise for decision-making in areas such as make vs buy, product costing, and investment planning.</li><li>Act as a liaison between plant controllers and the Region OpU to ensure alignment with goals.</li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>POSITION REQUIREMENTS:</b></u></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required, MBA, CPA, CMA a plus. </li><li>Requires 8 years’ experience in progressively challenging accounting/finance positions.</li><li>Requires 3 years in leadership role.</li><li>Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.</li><li>Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><h1></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><h1><b><span>Additional Information</span></b></h1><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>We offer an excellent salary and benefits package including medical, dental and vision coverage, as well as life insurance, <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">disability, 401K</span></span></span></span> with company </span><span>contribution</span><span>, and wellness program. </span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span>Fresenius Kabi is an Equal <span><span><span><span class="WCO0">Opportunity/Affirmative</span></span></span></span> Action employer.
