Asset Management Analyst

<p><b>Role Summary</b> </p><p>The Asset Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the day-to-day oversight and tracking of owned and rental medical device capital assets. This role ensures accurate SAP tracking, financial integrity, and operational visibility throughout the asset lifecycle — including deployment, preventive maintenance, return, refurbishment, and disposition. </p><p>Working closely with Global Asset Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial teams, and third-party service providers, this position helps ensure capital equipment is compliant, traceable, and available to support customer demand. </p><p><b>Primary Focus</b> </p><ul><li><p>Day-to-day lifecycle oversight </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Asset traceability &amp; utilization </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Rental asset pipeline continuity </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Reconciliation &amp; write-off coordination </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Reporting &amp; performance monitoring </p></li></ul><p><b>Scope of Responsibility</b> </p><ul><li><p>Executes established lifecycle processes </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Reviews and validates SAP asset transactions </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Manages lost/noncompliant device investigations </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Coordinates preventive maintenance and refurbishment flows </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Produces KPI reporting for leadership </p></li></ul><p><b>Bachelor’s degree in:</b> </p><ul><li><p>Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering </p></li></ul><p><b>Required Experience</b> </p><ul><li><p>7&#43; years in MedTech asset management, capital equipment operations, or healthcare finance </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong cross-functional coordination skills </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong SAP experience required </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Advanced Excel required  </p></li></ul><p></p><p><span>Salaried/hourly roles: The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD annually (or hourly) The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role at Smith &#43; Nephew. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
